FREE SHIPPING!  Your order will be filled and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time your order was received.  All orders received after 1pm PST will be processed the following business day and sent USPS to street, PO, APO, and FPO addresses. 

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.  Shipping fees will still apply on refused shipments or incorrect addresses given.  Additional rates will be charged to 2nd Day Air selections based on UPS calculations for weight and destinations. UPS 2nd Day Air cannot be shipped to PO, APO, or FPO addresses.

All items purchased from BOYZ TURN.com are pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.  All merchandise is packaged according to the carrier's shipping standards, therefore you must report all shipping claims directly to the carrier.

Return Requests

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase and recognize that it's time for positive attitude t-shirts, therefore refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied.  However, we require that the t-shirts have not been worn or washed and that it is returned in the same condition in which it was received with hang tags attached. 

 Request returns through the "Contact Us" page providing:  name, address, phone number, invoice number, order number,t-shirt name, t-shirt number, date of receipt, and reason for the return . Defective (not including normal wear and tear and abnormal abuse) t-shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from order date.

Return authorizations are only valid for 14 days after requested date and cannot be renewed.  Please allow up to two cycles for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.  Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
